You will get a 6 month limited warranty on your photocopier.

The warranty is limited to manufacturer defects, and does not include parts as a results on normal wear and tear.

This includes a free 3 months full service provided the copier is returned to our Service centre in Westlands. 

Unfortunately we do not offer to trade in copiers at the moment.

Of course we do. Total Office Solutions carefully chooses photocopiers that are widely popular where parts and supplies are readily available. We normally carry all consumables, non consumables and hard to find parts.

Our parts and supplies usually last 10 years for more popular models, and 5 years for less popular models, however even if we do not have a part after 5 years, we will do everything to ensure we source it for you quickly.
